TERMS & CONDITIONS

By accessing or commissioning an order through Kaien Decor (kaiendecor.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please review them before placing orders.

1. Additive Manufacturing Nature

All artifacts sold on Kaien Decor are produced via high-precision Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) additive manufacturing using bio-polymers (virgin PLA, PETG, and translucent compounds).

Layer Lines: Layer lines (0.12mm to 0.16mm) are an inherent characteristic of additive craft and are celebrated as structural texture rather than defects.
Multi-Color AMS: Multi-color figurines are printed in place without post-process paint. Minor micro-seams along color boundaries are natural to filament purging.
Thermal Thresholds: Artifacts must not be exposed to temperatures exceeding 55°C (such as inside closed hot vehicles) as bio-polymers may soften.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices are denominated in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and include all applicable taxes (18% GST). Shipping is free on orders above ₹999 within India.

3. Production & Dispatch Timeline

In-stock signature editions: Dispatched within 24–48 hours.
Made-to-order & custom STL runs: Print cycle takes 2–4 business days prior to dispatch.
Courier transit time across India: 3–6 business days depending on city and PIN code.

4. Transit Damage & Replacement Guarantee

Every Kaien artifact is packaged in eco-cushioned drop-safe boxes. In the rare event of transit breakage:

Record a continuous unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.
Send the video and order ID to [email protected] or WhatsApp.
We will queue a priority reprint and dispatch a replacement at zero additional charge.

5. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kottayam, Kerala.
